Teaming up with David Chang’s Momofuku Ko, we crafted a volcanic-inspired tasting menu in the restaurant, complete with a private viewing room housing a custom topographic jewelry display table.
Inspired by Easter Island, the Tarai collection mirrors its black sand volcanic beaches, enigmatic Muai statues, and the grandeur of the Rano Kao crater. The table’s surface, coated in volcanic black sand to harmonize with MONIQUE PÉAN’s TARAI collection materials, imitates the Rano Kao crater’s features in one corner, while the rest showcases geometric jewelry vitrines. The result? An aerial experience as you peruse the landscape, discovering the treasures within.
